Between 2,600 and 2,700 people attended Mass on Ash Wednesday!
We were amazed by the crowds at our new 7AM Ash Wednesday Mass. We're already working on plans to resolve parking issues for next year.
A summary of Lenten activities appears below. Note that tomorrow (Friday) will mark our first Soup Supper and Stations.
We were so heartened by the response to the first weekend of the Annual Stewardship Appeal. This Sunday we will also receive offerings for the Appeal, and I will drive them all to Richmond personally next week.
I'm in Nashville, Tennessee giving a retreat to Catholic Women Physicians. Please keep the participants in your prayers.
